our halloween turkey

October 2008
last week,we were looking out the window and saw the strangest sight for here in our neightborhood. what? how ugly is that? what is it doing here? where did it come from and how can we make it go away? One UGLY big turkey. LOL right out side the living room window in of our house here in the city.
later that day,katy and isaiah came by to get some stuff from me,they pull up in front of the house and there was the huge turkey,still sitting on the fence,between her and the front door. She calls me on her cell phone and says "mom,come out here" i knew what it was before i even looked out the window and laughed. Ther it was,big as can be,perched on the fence. Both katy and isaiah looking from the bottom of the drive way up to the house from their car and us looking down at them. ALl of us laughing. Katy not knowing how to get up the stairs and isaiah is awe.
We thought that perhaps this would be a great thanksgiving turkey picture and not too hard to catch to cook up for the holidays. LOL enjoy
