We flew out of Sacramento early Saturday morning of the long Martin luther king birthday weekend and landed in Seattle. There we drove to leavenworth Washington where Stan's cousins live. It was COLD and there was a lot of snow. The kids really had not experienced snow,at least not this much, not for this long and not to actaully play in and get wet. They LOVED it. They took a dog sled ride and flew down the snowy hills on the old fashioned "Flying saucer". They went out in the yard and didnt want to come in out of the snow until Zak finally said "my eyeballs are cold." we really had a great time, visiting, playing, and just simply beinmg away from home for a few days. The kids travelled well. We did have a delay leaving sacto on Sat am but did fine coming home Monday eve. Enjoy the pics
and thanks to Jeanine and Frank for toleration us in their wonderful new home.
